We believe everyone deserves access to comprehensive, personalized dentistry in a friendly and comfortable environment—and that’s exactly what we strive to offer every day.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and we appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance Policy
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Insurance & Payment Options at Bayshore
At Bayshore Smiles, we believe quality dental care should be accessible and affordable. That’s why we offer flexible payment options and work with your insurance to maximize benefits.
We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment. That’s why we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
No insurance? No problem! Our Premier Dental Savings Plan can help.
Our office accepts payments by cash, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer financing options through CareCredit and Cherry Financial. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.
Insurance
We’re committed to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary widely, we are able to provide estimates in good faith but encourage you to check with your provider for details.
Please bring your current insurance card to your first visit and notify us of any policy changes. If you require an insurance referral, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We will file your insurance claims for you and fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not been paid within a reasonable time-frame.
If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form. Have questions? Our team is here to help ensure you get the most out of your dental coverage!
